Homeless Outcomes was launched on 5th January 2007. It is published by the
London Housing Foundation.
The content of this web site derives principally from the programme of support that the London Housing Foundation has provided to a wide range of homelessness agencies in London since 2001. This has involved:
- training of over 220 individuals from 50 different agencies;
- technical and consultancy support to 15 agencies;
- two conferences to review and disseminate information on how to apply an outcomes based approach;
- research, briefing papers and other guidance on information management for outcomes;
- working with provider agencies and Supporting People authorities for Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham to develop a practical and effective method of monitoring outcomes as part of SP at the local authority level;
- contributing to the Communities and Local Government's working group to develop a national framework for outcomes within SP.
