Homeless Outcomes was launched on 5th January 2007. It was originally published by the London Housing Foundation and is now managed and published by Homeless Link.

The content of this web site derives principally from the programme of support that the London Housing Foundation provided to a wide range of homelessness agencies in London between 2001 and October 2008. This has involved:

• training of over 220 individuals from 50 different agencies;
• technical and consultancy support to 15 agencies;
• two conferences to review and disseminate information on how to apply an outcomes based approach;
• research, briefing papers and other guidance on information management for outcomes;
• working with provider agencies and Supporting People authorities for Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham to develop a practical and effective method of monitoring outcomes as part of SP at the local authority level;
• contributing to the Communities and Local Government's working group to develop a national framework for outcomes within SP.

This programme has been delivered with technical support from Triangle Consulting and Charities Evaluation Services and we are very grateful to Triangle Consulting for the leading on the content and presentation of information within the site.

This website was designed and developed by Jellymould Creative who also managed the content of the website between 2007 and October 2008. Jellymould also designed and project managed the development of the Outcomes Star System on behalf of the London Housing Foundation and continue to provide website consultancy and support to Homeless Link.
