The
London Housing Foundation's outcomes programme has been developed in consultation and partnership with a number of individuals and organisations. The resulting wealth of learning that has been gathered and the materials, such as
The Outcomes Star, that have subsequently been developed under the programme have resulted in
Homeless Outcomes.
Sara Burns, Kate Graham and Joy MacKeith of
Triangle Consulting have brought their expertise in outcomes management to the delivery of much of the Foundation's outcomes programme and continue to take a leading role in shaping our continued work in this area.
It is fair to say that without the input, interest and willingness to experiment that agencies have demonstrated, the outcomes programme would not have been successful and this web site would not have come into being.
