These guidelines are intended to complement an Outcomes Star training day. A guide to delivering this training in your service is available

If you are required to use the Outcomes Star approach before being trained, we recommend you use this guide, including the scales in appendix one, and that you read and become familiar with The Outcomes Star. We would also encourage you to try practising some of the exercises that we have outlined in appendix three of the Guide for Key Workers, Preparing to use the Outcomes Star.
