Triangle Consulting have developed two guides for the London Housing Foundation to enable agencies to take up and apply the Outcomes Star approach.

The Managers Guide includes advice on how to decide whether the Star is the right tool for you and considerations for implementation. The Key Worker guide inlcudes responses to FAQs and more detailed versions of each of the Star scales.
