The Outcomes Star enables keyworkers and service users to review progress for ten areas. For each of the ten areas, the Outcomes Star book describes the journey that is needed in order to make the changes service users want to make, and this journey is shown as a ladder with ten steps.

For each ladder, the key worker will ask the service user which statement describes best where they are at the time of the review and they will then explore this in a discussion.

Until now, the ten ladders have only been available by downloading the Outcomes Star book (PDF). Now you can view each one online.
