The Outcomes Star System has been designed by Jellymould Creative and developed by C4 Multimedia with the direction of Triangle Consulting, the authors of the
Outcomes Star Collection.
In order to ensure the system was going to be relevant to homelessness agencies and quick and easy for them to use, we involved agencies at an early stage in development, showing them paper versions of the various screens and listening to their reactions and suggestions.
Once the system was ready and had been tested to check there were no bugs, we asked a number of agencies to test it out for real.
The results of this user testing were incredibly valuable and showed how eagerly many agencies are awaiting the system.
