Using the system in keywork and beyond

How does it work?

Log in or register with the system.

When you enter the system, you will be greeted by a simple control panel highlighting the most common tasks that you might want to carry out.

Enter Star Charts online during keywork sessions. Cross reference points on each scale ladder simply by clicking on any of the scale buttons, such as Motivation and Taking Responsibility.

See the service user's Star drawn out on screen instantly, and compare it with earlier Star readings to show change visually.

Keyworkers and their managers can review their caseload and draw learning. Managers can quickly observe areas of pressure, the need for support, extra resources or training. Keyworkers own their caseload reports and can view them at any time.
