There are a number of levels of access to the information and reports available within the Outcomes Star System. There is an argument for allowing service users to access their Star Charts online whenever they want to, rather than only during sessions with their keyworker and we would be interested to hear your views on this.

Service users - no access
Service users cannot currently access the information independently
Key workers - restricted access
Can:
- Edit their own profile page
- Add service users they support and edit their details
- Add Star Charts for the service users they support
- Review their whole case load for a specific period - seeing average change (positive and negative) for all their clients compiled in one table
- Review the Star Charts of a single service user they support for a specific period.
Manager role - limited admin (team only)
Can do everything a key worker can do and:
- Add some colleagues to the system including:
- Key workers for their own team (either a project or department)
- Give further users manager access
- Get reports on their project's Star Chart results, including keyworker caseload (or summary) reports
- Benchmark their project with others in the same organisation.
Corporate admin - full access for organisation
These people take on responsibility for the integrity of the data on the system and sign up to the
conditions of use.
Corporate admins can:
- Do everything a manager can do plus
- Add projects
- Add service areas/departments (which projects can be grouped within)
- Get reports on the whole organisation
- Benchmark their organisation with others using the system.
