Outcomes Star System - guidance for organisations

If you are just introducing the Outcomes Star, it is recommended that you read The Outcomes Star: A Guide for Managers which explains the six steps needed to introduce the Outcomes Star to your organisation.

To use the Outcomes Star System, all organisations need to appoint one or more corporate administrators - staff who will lead on managing the system in-house.

It is also very important to read the conditions for use and to ensure your organisation is using the system in a way that is consistent with other organisations, otherwise the benchmarking reports will not be useful or valid.
